A Thorough Approach
Contact us through our website, social media, email or business partners.
We can arrange an email, telephone or video call consultation, where we will get to know your needs and understand the scale of the project.
We will ask for some photographs and drawings if available, and give you an indication of the cost of the project and then confirm the breakdown with a devis (formal quotation). All of this is free of charge.
If you are happy for us to continue the business, we will provide the services as required. For example, this could be a technical review using the photos and drawings, or for larger scale projects, a site visit may be required which for which we would arrange a suitable time. During this, we would update you on our time frame, provide progress updates where required and offer a priority communication service.
We'll then issue your project pack including all calculations and drawings, and if specified, conduct further site visits during your project.
Our final wish is that you will be satisfied with what we provide and so we make ourselves available for additional advice, should you need it, until the completion of your project.
Peace of Mind
Ross Dobson is Chartered with the Engineering Council in the UK, through the IStructE.
His Master's Degree was attained in the UK but is also accredited and attested for it's equivalence in France.
All work carried out has professional civil responsibility insurance in both countries (including décennale insurance within France).
